SOMETHING ABOUT MY FAMILY

LIM FAMILY EMBLEM

Its been awhile since my last post. I was been busy this last few days. Anyway I found time to make a post today. I've just finished designing my family's emblem. I made a Chinese touch on it. Obviously, my mom's family came from a Chinese genealogy. Let me share to you the meaning. The concept of this emblem is a golden shield representing the strength protecting the family against bad chi. Inscribed in the shield is the Red color Chinese character [林} Lin which our family name enjoying good luck. Above is the chinese characters [家庭永远] Yongyuan Jiating which means family forever. The Lim Kim Phia coat of arms represent the family's pillar.

A Tribute to a Great Man

I remember when I was on my elementary and highschool days Angkong was my favorite lolo. I use to go with him in his election campaigns during his aspiring days to become a mayor of his beloved town, which he achieved and served well. I love all his deeds serving the needy unconditionally.

Hello Guys Just a Little Time to Spend Blogging

Its quite a long time since I posted my last blog.Ive been busy this past few months because of my toxic schedule as a ship design engineer. I am currently working on our new project a 180k deadweight bulk carrier. I was assigned to do the bottom part of the ship's structure.

Swimming(Serino Family Gathering)

TANGUB CITY

Tangub City is a 3rd class city in the province of Misamis Occidental, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 49,695 people in 9,480 households. It is known as the Christmas Capital of Mindanao for its display of the holiday's famous symbols.

CMA-CGM MV TOPAZ and OPAL

Our Philippine Project P003 and P005 ready do get outside its birth dock Last November. This 2 4300TEU container carrier left the dock for its launching on the last remaining days of November. At the back of this vessels lies Projects PN004 and 6 which is also scheduled to be launched next year also 4300TEU Container vessel for CMA CGM and Dioryx.

CMA-CGM Turqouise Sea Trial

Infront of the Deckhouse of CMA CGM Turqouise during its sea trial last Nov.7,2008, a 3 days voyage in the Philippine seas.
Crash Stop and Reverse Test is carried to know the vessels performance during an emergency, its is done when a vessels aheads a collision course with another vessel.

HULL NO. PN-002 Soon to be at sea

PN002 is almost finished same specs with PN001 of Dioryx Maritime. PN002 is also a 4300TEU Container carrier for CMA-CGM and is scheduled to be delivered this December or early next year.
